The E Sharp Corporation helps communities by creating jobs, hiring employees, and building leaders:

1. Hiring individuals and crews for contracted work projects: The E Sharp goal is to match people with job opportunities and develop contracts with employers for workers.

2. Provide supervision and job coaching: Some individuals require assistance to remain viable and become an asset to their employer. E Sharp provide coaches with substantial work histories to provide on-the-job guidance.

3. Negotiating with businesses to hire job-seekers: E Sharp searches the marketplace to identify job opportunities and contract with employers, while ensuring prospective employee meet job requirements.

4. Assist with bonding and job-site security: E Sharp verifies credentials, assist with credential building and secure bonding to protect the worksite.

5. Hosting workforce development and mentorship activities: E Sharp provides developmental training program to assist individuals in becoming stellar employee.

6. Leadership and management training: E Sharp provides leadership, management and coaching training to maintain a cohort of "rising stars" in the community.

7. Work-hardening for the "never employed" individuals: E Sharp provides preparatory training for individual entering the workforce for the first time.

8. Entrepreneurship: Some individuals are destine to become employers or self-employed. The E Sharp goal is to help that individual find his or her path.
